Annual First Aid Refresher – 2 Days

Refresh your skills, boost your confidence, and ensure you’re fully prepared for workplace emergencies. This 2-day refresher course is designed for qualified first aiders whose First Aid at Work certificate is due to expire, providing a complete review and update of essential first aid knowledge.

What you’ll cover

  • Scene assessment and casualty management

  • CPR for adults, children, and infants

  • Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

  • Choking incidents and airway management

  • Severe bleeding, shock, and burns

  • Fractures, sprains, and head injuries

  • Medical emergencies including heart attack, stroke, seizures, and anaphylaxis

  • Latest first aid best practice and regulation updates

  • Holders of a valid First Aid at Work certificate due for renewal
